In Bollywood it’s quite normal to see an actor in his 40s playing a lead role against a female co-star who is in her mid 20s or 30s. 1) Amitabh Bachchan.

Amitabh Bachchan, 75 now, has played bold characters a number of times. In Cheeni Kum he played a lead role opposite Tabu, while in Nishabd he played a role where his character starts to have feelings for much younger Jiah Khan.

3) Rajesh Khanna.

Rajesh Khanna, the first superstar of Bollywood, did a bold film Wafaa, where the actor was seen doing bold scenes with actress Laila Khan. The actor got much criticism for doing such role.

4) Shakti Kapoor.

Shakti Kapoor has played villain and bad guy in hundreds of films prior turning to comedy. But his latest film The Journey of Karma with Poonam Pandey is making a lot of controversy, as the 66 year old actor is seen in some very bold scenes with 27 years old Poonam Pandey.
